Elmwood Park police arrest two people on drug offenses

Borough police arrested two people Monday night on drugs offenses following an undercover surveillance operation on Kipp Avenue, authorities said.

Mr. Penn was charged with Possession with the Intent to Distribute Crack Cocaine.  The arrest is the result of an investigation conducted by members of the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Narcotic Task Force and the Bergen County Sheriff’s Department under the direction of Sheriff Michael Saudino.
