On September 23, 2014, members of the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office, Special Victims Unit, and the Elmwood Park Police Department arrested Emiliano Seda, 45 of Elmwood Park, after learning that he engaged in inappropriate sexual activity with a twelve year old female acquaintance.
