Wright took off on foot across the street and was grabbed after a brief chase, he said. He was carrying several small waxed-paper folds of heroin, the sheriff said.

Bergen County Prosecutor John L. Molinelli announced the arrest of Robert W. Cubala, 28, of Linden, New Jersey on charges of Sexual Assault and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.  The arrest is the result of an investigation conducted by members of the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Unit, the Fair Lawn Police Department and the Elmwood Park Police Department.
