On Friday, June 14, the Bergen County Sheriff’s Office joined with 25 local and county law enforcement agencies to participate in the third annual Bergen County Chief for a Day celebration. The program provides children with chronic health conditions the opportunity to receive a behind-the-scenes look at law enforcement.

On Friday, June 14, 2013, the Bergen County Sheriff’s Office will partner with 24 local and county law enforcement agencies for the third annual countywide Chief for a Day celebration.

The Saddle Brook School District will undergo a security assessment tentatively scheduled for July 9, according to Board Trustee Bob White.

The Saddle Brook Board of Education voted at its June 12 meeting to appoint Richard Krassy as interim superintendent to oversee the district from July 1 to July 31.
