GarrettScott Garrett (R-NJ) along with the rest of New Jersey’s congressional delegation is set to vote today on a bill that would outlaw abortion after 20 weeks. The bill H.R. 1797, co-sponsored by Garrett and titled The Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act would amend the federal criminal code to prohibit any person from performing or attempting to perform an abortion if the probable post-fertilization age of the unborn child is 20 weeks or greater.
