More than 100 investigators from the state Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control simultaneously entered the establishments around the state at 11 a.m., among them TGI Fridays in Clifton, The Brick House in Wyckoff and The Railroad Café in Rutherford, the state Attorney General’s Office said of the year-long probe it has dubbed “Operation Swill.”
