The ribbon on the Spring Lake, NJ, boardwalk was officially cut by Spring Lake Mayor Jennifer Naughton this morning at Pier Beach. The Mayor, along with Thomas A. Arnone, Freeholder Director and Serena DiMaso, Freeholder Deputy Director both of Monmouth County, presided over the ceremony. Mayor Naughton thanked her DPW crew, headed by Frank Phillips, for bringing the boardwalk to completion ahead of schedule.
